Placing an Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your financial information is kept safer than a captain’s hidden treasure chest!
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
Ye shall receive a confirmation email faster than a cannonball once your order is secured. If ye don’t see it, check your brig (spam folder), or contact our crew.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my order?

After ye place your order, our crew takes 1-2 days to process and pack your loot.

Then, ye choose your course:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Your treasure arrives in 10-15 days after it ships.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Your treasure arrives in 15-25 days after it ships.
Do you ship to my island?
We ship our treasures worldwide! However, due to treacherous logistical waters, we cannot currently reach a few remote regions and parts of Asia. If ye be unsure, send us a message!
Can I track my package?
Aye! Once your order sets sail from our port, we’ll send ye a tracking number. Ye can follow your treasure’s journey across the seas like a true map to booty!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit your style or meet your expectations, fear not! We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll guide ye through the process. We want no marooned merchandise!
