Shipping Policy
At Rico Shop, we strive to get yer pirate gear to ye as fast as a swift ship in fair winds. Here’s how we handle shippin’:
- Order Processin’ Time: After ye place yer order, our crew needs 1-2 days to prepare yer plunder for shipment. We be workin’ hard to ensure every item is properly packed and ready for its journey.
- Shippin’ Methods: We offer two ways to get yer goods:
- Standard Shippin’: We use DHL or FedEx for faster delivery. The cost be 12.95 doubloons. Yer order will arrive within 10-15 days after shipment.
- Free Shippin’: For orders over 50 doubloons, we use EMS at no cost to ye. This method takes 15-25 days after shipment to reach yer port.
- Shippin’ Regions: We ship globally, but alas, we cannot reach some parts of Asia and a few remote islands due to treacherous waters. If ye be in one o’ these areas, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Once yer order ships, ye’ll receive a confirmation email with trackin’ details so ye can follow yer treasure’s voyage.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece o’ plunder might not meet yer expectations. Fear not! We’ve crafted a fair policy to handle returns and exchanges.
- Return Period: Ye have 15 days from the day ye receive yer order to request a return or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packagin’, and in the same condition ye received it. Ye’ll also need the receipt or proof o’ purchase.
- BLADES (for safety reasons)
- Airsoft equipment (for safety reasons)
- BP Accessories (black powder accessories, for safety reasons)
- Books (once opened)
- Bottles (once opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Return Yer Treasure
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request” or “Exchange Request”.
- Include the information from the template below in yer email.
- Wait for our crew to respond with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Package the item securely with its original packagin’.
- Ship the item to: Rico Shop, 445 Industrial Lane, Barre, US 05641.
Ye be responsible for payin’ yer own shippin’ costs for returnin’ the item. Shippin’ costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: When Ye Get Yer Doubloons Back
Once we receive and inspect yer return, we’ll send ye an email to notify ye that we’ve received yer item. We’ll also let ye know if yer refund be approved or rejected.
- If approved, yer refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to yer original method o’ payment within 7-10 business days.
- How long it takes for the refund to show up on yer account depends on yer payment provider’s policies:
- If ye paid via PayPal, the refund will go back to yer PayPal account.
- For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the refund will be issued to the same card.
Exchanges: Swappin’ Yer Loot
If ye need to exchange an item for a different size or style, send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Exchange Request”. We’ll guide ye through the process. Ye’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shippin’ costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If ye receive a damaged item or the wrong plunder, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the shippin’ costs ourselves. Please include photos o’ the damaged item or incorrect product ye received.
