All items be subject to availability. If an item be out of stock after ye place an order, we’ll notify ye promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
Shipping Restrictions
Alas, we cannot ship to some parts of Asia and remote islands due to treacherous waters and shipping limitations.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
When ye place an order, ye’re making an offer to purchase goods. We accept this offer when we send ye a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

We accept these payment methods:

All payments be processed securely. We don’t store yer complete payment information on our servers.
Order Processing
Our crew needs 1-2 days to prepare yer plunder for shipment. Ye’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once yer order ships.
4. Shipping Policy
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 12.95 doubloons via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 days after shipment
- Free Shipping: For orders over 50 doubloons via EMS, arriving within 15-25 days after shipment
Shipping times be estimates, not guarantees. Factors beyond our control (like weather, customs, or sea monsters) may cause delays.
⚠️ International Orders
Ye may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once yer package reaches yer country. These charges be yer responsibility as we have no control over them.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Period
Ye have 15 days from receiving yer order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- BLADES (safety reasons)
- Airsoft equipment (safety reasons)
- BP Accessories (black powder accessories, safety reasons)
- Books (once opened)
- Bottles (once opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked “final sale”
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with “Return Request” or “Exchange Request”
- Include yer order number, purchase date, items to return, and reason
- Wait for our crew to respond with return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item to: Rico Shop, 445 Industrial Lane, Barre, US 05641
Ye be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect yer return, we’ll process yer refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to yer original payment method.
